    鲁菜

    听说深圳南园路本色下面有家鲁菜馆，就急吼吼的过关考察了下。
    毕竟深圳几乎没什么山东馆子。
    尝了那里的鲅鱼水饺，做的实在是麻麻地。比俺差了不是一点半点。。
    其他有几个凉菜还可以。包子很大，味道不错，馅儿再多点就好了。
    至于靠大虾，葱烧海参等胶东菜的代表作，菜牌上根本没有。

    当然鲁菜是衰败了，这个也要承认。
    偶尔去下也行，反正吃的不是菜，是回忆。。。Party

    鲅鱼是Spanish mackerel。小时候常吃的两种鱼就是带鱼和鲅鱼。鲅鱼水饺是胶东特色面食，也是俺的保留节目。咳咳。。。
    希望广州的山东老家能强过深圳这个燕青小馆:p
